White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

This Cheesecake turned out amazing! Our favorite cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory is the White Chocolate Raspberry one so I had to try to replicate and I have to say I'd rather eat my homemade one now!

Monster Truck

I made this monster truck for my son's 2nd birthday! He loved it and got sad when we dug into it but after he got a taste he didn't complain :P

Monsters Inc. Cake

This cake I made for one of the sweet little boys I watch, He's turning 8! He loves Monster's inc and requested a Mike Wazowski cake with a birthday hat on :) It's a chocolate cake with buttercream and chocolate chip filling!

Warhammer 40k

With this cake I became an artist ;) I hand painted in the logos with food coloring and the borders and the windows (the windows are hard to see in this picture but they are there) For those of you who have never heard of Warhammer 40k, it's a tabletop game (also a video game) that the birthday boy loves to play. It's a lemon cake with cream cheese/raspberry filling!

This is a chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting! Emily (the birthday girl) likes peace signs and flowers and I made something very special for this groovy gal!

These chocolate cupcakes have pumpkie pie filling and cream cheese frosting! Yumm!

Red and White buttercream Roses

Buttercream roses are amazing and way fun to make!! I just got a job as a professional cake decorator and I was told to brush up on my buttercream skills. I will definitely admit that I am great at fondant and gum paste but buttercream was not my speciality. So I have worked hard and practiced, practiced, practiced! I've learned more about draping, borders, and flowers and I have found a new love for it! I would much rather make a cake with just buttercream rather than fondant because in my opinion fondant tastes gross! Without further ado here's some pictures of the cake! Hope you enjoy!!
